March was full. Full of women doing the work, and a reminder that community is everything. Here are some memorable moments.

I was named one of the 2026 CBN Boss Women by Carib Biz Network, among 150+ Caribbean women building, creating, and showing up with intention.

I attended the Art of Empowerment: Power of Green event in support of my dear friend Rhonda Binda , who delivered a powerful talk to a room full of high powered professionals.

I had the honor of witnessing our GGRF board secretary Annie Mohan recognized by City Councilmember Ty Hankerson, and if you know Annie, you know she has earned it.

I sat in the room as Nicole K. Grimes, Ph.D. owned the stage at the annual Elite Women’s Confrrence and reminded every immigrant woman watching what is possible.

I gathered with brilliant Caribbean women at Carib Biz Network’s Wi Bold + Beautiful event, the kind of space that makes room for us to be fully expressed.

I sat down for a fireside chat with Bethanie Nonami at the AI Global Agent of Change Live Summit, as a proud graduate of her AI certification program, to speak on a topic close to my heart: Leading in the age of AI without muting your cultural values.”

To all the women I celebrated during the month of March, and to the ones who celebrated me, thank you. We are not waiting for a seat at the table. We are building the table, together.💐
And to anyone stepping into Q2 with big hopes and an uncertain plan, keep going. The work you do quietly always shows up in the moments that matter.
